Aims:
- To attract people into rewarding careers in methodology
- Propose solutions to identify gaps in funded training
- Propose solutions for personal awards and career development opportunities
Overall objectives:
- To engage with colleagues from life sciences industry to develop ideas for proposals to support all career levels of methodologists.
- Looking at how we retain people in methodology.
- Look at how to support the training and development pathway for methodologists to work in emerging applications in health and care research.

Next steps:
- Plans for professional development event on the 1st July 2025 in York, to provide the opportunity to discuss the results of PROSPER and allow methodologists to give input into how the priorities from PROSPER can be moved forwards.
