7. Data Location The NIHR Methodology Incubator record and additional information is processed on servers managed by the website developers, VA Associates Limited. The server is located in a BREEAM-standard UK data centre, powered by renewable energy, with full ISO 50001 and 14001 accreditations. The data centre offers N+N redundancy on UPS, and N+1 on all other critical services..

Data Sharing The University will not share personal data with third parties unless the third party is acting as an agent for the University on the instruction of the University (e.g. third party mailing house to send printed materials; external venues such as hotels to assist in event administration).
